My passenger window stopped working over the weekend and Masters was able to get me in on Monday. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate, which I approved. While they had my vehicle in their shop, I had them change the oil, replace my clouded headlights and perform routine maintenance. I picked my vehicle up Tuesday morning. Very pleased with the itemized estimates and quick turnaround. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need service.

They were a great blessing, even very understanding why I had to postpone repairs due to financial reasons. The periodically check on me in my vehicle which I also find very caring. Im not from this area and have not had quotes elsewhere, so really can't say if pricing is normal.

We've been going here for years and love Greg and team. A great example of how they're a team you can trust to only do what's actually needed: they quoted a couple hundred bucks to run a full diagnostic on our car which had its check engine light on. Then when we came to get our car, they told us they were able to figure it out quickly and so didn't charge us for the diagnostic at all. They're also very good at spelling out what they highly recommend we do vs. what we could do but is non-essential. Highly recommend!

I went there they told me 1400 to fix rear brakes. Said I needed new rotors an pads .I took my rear wheel off found my rotors in perfect condition an pads had at least 5000 miles left. Be careful with these guys .
Hello Robert, What we had noted on your rear brakes was the lining was at a min of 3mm and wearing unevenly from a frozen caliper slide pin, we had recommended replacement of pads for wear and calipers and rotors due to age, if we can help you with the repair in the future we would gladly help you with your 2003 Jeep Liberty, if any questions please contact me directly Thanks Greg
I had a great experience with Masters. They quoted me a lot less for a particular repair than another mechanic. Rather than replacing an expensive factory assembly, they had a creative workaround for me that was maybe 25% of the cost to replace the assembly. I appreciate the honesty, because they could've convinced me to pay more for another solution. That will keep me coming back, and I'm happy to give them my money to keep my old car in great shape over the years! Also they were super fast and communicative about the inspection, estimate, and the work.

Just happened to get a flat tire right next door. They didn’t have anyone who could fix it but they were so kind and brought a portable air tank over and filled me up well enough for me to make it elsewhere. Small thing but meant the world - I was stuck otherwise. Will be back next time I’m in need of tire stuff to be sure.
